Opening BMW 4S Centre In Butterworth 2013
BMW Group Malaysia recently launched its second 4S (sales, service, spare parts, and systems) dealership in Butterworth, Penang.
The Tian Siang Premium Auto BMW 4S centre occupies a total built up space of 23,000 square feet and is the first dealership in Malaysia to feature the latest standards and specifications set for BMW Group’s dealerships of the future.
The facility has the capacity of displaying up to eight vehicles with eight service bays, and houses a customer lounge with BMW’s latest “Isetta Bar”.
“Since establishing Tian Siang Premium Auto at Juru Autocity in 2010, we have already gone on to deliver over 350 BMWs in the area,” said Tan Ka Kin, managing director of Tian Siang Premium Auto Butterworth. “Our new BMW 4S facility here will see us extend our capabilities with the BMW Group to offer BMW Premium Selection in the future as well. With this new dealership we aim to increase our sales and service capabilities by 10 per cent over the coming year.”
